Multiple studies have shown that trust is a major factor in the development and performance of collaborative teams. “High-trust” teams perform significantly more efficiently than “low-trust” teams. You’ll hear practical advice for anyone who desires to work in high-trust environments. Covey’s observation that “trust changes everything” is a nod to the importance of trust in the team dynamic.
The review and discussion will be facilitated by Dave Hagan, Executive Director of Continuous Improvement and Architect Stephanie Leventhal- both with Devenney Group, a leading edge healthcare focused design firm with offices in Dallas, Phoenix, Oakland, Pasadena, and Orange County California. As thought leaders in collaborative project delivery both have facilitated “The Speed of Trust” and other action programs centered on process improvement and the empowerment of employees through lean processes. Dave has coached and mentored project teams in the United States, Canada and Europe, and blogs for leanconstructionblog.com, a leading source of information for lean project delivery.
“Email will be sent to all registrants with Zoom link and call in numbers around 4pm June 29, 2020, prior to the event”.
