For 19 years, Susan has been using online coaching and workshops to teach professionals how to maximize publicity to increase their visibility and credibility—and make an impact.A former radio news reporter and on-air anchor, Susan has interviewed everyone from homeless people to presidents. She also worked asDeputy Director of New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman’s Office of Radio and Television, and was a PR director for a nonprofit.
