Karen graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Management and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. Her career has been focused on healthcare construction and facilities management, spending the last twenty years at a large healthcare organization in the Texas Medical Center in Houston. As a facilities executive, she gets to coach and lead an exceptional group of women and men.
